Return and Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned once sold:

  • Prescription medicines.
  • Opened or used health and personal care products.
  • Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., insulin, vaccines).
  • Medical devices and hygiene products (e.g., syringes, masks).

    2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The packaging is tampered with or missing safety seals.


3. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (unless damaged or expired).
  • A valid invoice/receipt is required for processing.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank or payment account.
  • In case of online payment failure but amount deducted, the refund will be automatically credited within 5–7 business days.
